Shipping Location

All of our wigs are shipped from Santa Ana, CA. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Fedex Express Mail within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday.

Shipping Rate

First Class mail is $3.99 (3-5 days). Priority mail is $5.99 (2-3 days). Express mail is $24.99. We use Fedex overnight service.

Return Policy

- Before a return is accepted, Epic Cosplay must be contacted via e-mail and the return needs to be approved
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging(Hair net, bag, stuffing)
- If applicable, returned merchandise must have its identification tags
- Returned wigs, extensions, clip-ons and other merchandise may not be returned if styled, cut or modified in any way, shape or form
- Due to health code restrictions, wigs, extensions, clip-ons, wig caps and similar merchandise may not be returned if worn
