RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of order, for store credit only. This also applies to convention purchases.
To comply with local health laws and regulations, we will not be able to accept returns if the bag has been opened. However, we offer a 100% refund or exchange in the event there is a product shipping error or manufacturer defect. If you believe the item you have received is defective or incorrect, photos of the wig in the condition it arrived in and the tag must be provided prior to refund or exchange. See our return policy procedure for more information down below.
For all other returns, the following rules apply:
• Unopened merchandise is elgibile for the purchase price in store credit, minus $5 shipping charge.
• Opened merchandise is elgible for the purchase price in store credit, minus $5 shipping charge and a 50% restocking fee. The additional fee is to cover our disposal of the opened product.
Returned wigs will be inspected thoroughly before approving the returns.
Submit an email return request to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject Title “Order ##### Return Request”. For example, if your order number is 12345 – the subject of your email would be “Order 12345 Return Request”
In the body of your email, please copy and paste the following template and fill out the requested details:

If it is a quality or incorrect item issue, please attach photos of the wig in the condition it arrived in and the tag in the email.

Returned merchandise must be sent back using a shipping method with tracking. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was defective.
