FAQ: All account and site questions answered here!

We just moved our online store to a completely new and improved e-commerce platform. Shopping and browsing through our mobile site is going to be so much easier as well as the checkout process. However, if you were a registered member, you'll probably have some questions and we're here to help answer them!

 

Q: Do I need to register a new account?

A: Yes. You will need to create a new account here, using the same email you used from your previous account, to find your old order history and access your points. 

 

Q: What happens to my order history?

A: Your past order history has been imported. Just register an account with your email address and you will be able to find your entire order history with EpicCosplay!

 

Q: What happens to my points? 

A: Points have already been transferred from the old account to the account. Just re-register again
