Shipping Policy

Processing Time

First Class orders generally ship out 1-2 business days. Orders with upgraded shipping placed before 11:00AM Pacific Time on Monday to Friday are typically shipped out the same day. This excludes weekends, holidays and promotional sales. All orders include a tracking number with the exception of orders that only contain a wig cap or a single clip-in extension. 


Some Priority orders may be upgraded to UPS or FedEX with the equivalent shipping method. 


We offer DHL and FedEX shipping upon request for both domestic and international orders. If you're interested in using this shipping method instead, please contact us and provide your mailing address, the item(s) you would like to order and your deadline.


TRACKING CONFIRMATION

Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers typically within 2-4 business days. 


For optimal service and delivery, Epic Cosplay ships from warehouse locations around the world. Shipments containing more than one item may be split across different warehouses. These type of orders may receive several tracking numbers.


Tracking confirmations will sent from support(at)epiccosplay.com. 


If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder and add epiccosplay.com to your safe senders domain.



DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If the package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will email the customer a store credit code of the total amount minus the cost of shipping. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc. If you believe your package is lost and you provided the correct shipping address, please contact us here.


CUSTOMS DUTY

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned to EpicCosplay Wigs because the buyer did not claim or pick up the package, we will only provide store credit for the product price; shipping charges will not be included.

CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER

If you need to change or cancel an order that you just placed, please email or call us at (949) 334-6004 immediately. Due to the high volume of orders we get, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change or intercept your order in time.
