If you have recently placed an online order with us and have chosen the First Class shipping option, please expect your order to ship out within roughly 1-2 weeks from date of order. This is due to the high volume of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

Regardless, if you would like to know the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to reach you as soon as we can.

If you are expecting a free EpicCosplay Wigs gift certificate from the Cyber Monday deal, you will get the gift certificate code in your email in about 48 hours. When the Cyber Monday deal ends, we are basically going to collect all of those orders that meet the free gift cert criteria, and then we will begin raffling off the gift certificates that ranges from $5 to $100.
